Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the odd96 platform — including its website, mobile application, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and odd96 (the "Platform" or "We" or "Us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the odd96 platform and, if you have already created an account, contact our support team to close it. Access to or use of the platform in any capacity is taken as unambiguous acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services available on odd96, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, fishing arcade games, promotional bonuses, loyalty programmes, and any other product or feature made available on the platform now or in the future.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to odd96 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. odd96 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of any employee or contractor of odd96 or its technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the odd96 platform.

odd96 enforces mandatory age verification for all new accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, national identity card (NID), or other official documentation confirming your date of birth before your account is fully activated. Deposits, withdrawals, or participation in games may be restricted until age verification is complete.

If odd96 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the suspicion is confirmed. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be voided.

Account Registration

To access the full range of odd96 services, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact telephone number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on odd96. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. odd96 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all affected accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided pending a formal investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your odd96 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify odd96 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. odd96 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

odd96 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during your account lifecycle. This may require submission of one or more of the following: a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), or a selfie with your ID document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

odd96 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). odd96 does not apply platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Minimum Deposit

৳500 per transaction via all supported mobile wallet and bank transfer methods.

Minimum Withdrawal

৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Maximum Withdrawal

Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account verification tier. Please consult the Cashier section within your odd96 account for your current limit.

Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your odd96 account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Requests subject to enhanced KYC review may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under your verified name. odd96 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, accounts registered under different names, or anonymous payment instruments. Any withdrawal request that does not meet this requirement will be declined and returned to your odd96 wallet balance.

If a deposit is made via a specific payment method, odd96 reserves the right to require that any associated withdrawal be returned to the same method up to the original deposit amount. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and is not intended to restrict your access to funds.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

odd96 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar (BPL season bonuses, Eid reload offers, T20 World Cup free bets, Pohela Boishakh cashback, Victory Day specials, and similar). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on odd96 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days from the bonus credit date). Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus balance is active, a maximum bet of ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sports bet applies unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding these limits while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or other forms of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed. odd96 reserves the right to withhold winnings generated through suspected bonus abuse.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with other offers.

odd96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through in-platform notifications or the email address registered to your account.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using odd96, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other players and the platform's integrity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or permanent closure of your account:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account update.
• Attempting to access odd96 services while underage or while a self-exclusion or account ban is in effect.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game, poker variant, or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not ordinarily be available. Any such gains must be reported to odd96 immediately and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the odd96 platform. odd96 cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement investigation.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards odd96 customer support agents or other players.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your odd96 account.
• Placing bets for the purpose of hedging or arbitrage in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in contravention of fair-play standards.

odd96 employs a combination of automated monitoring tools and trained human reviewers to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions on account action taken as a result of detected violations are made at odd96's sole discretion and may not be reversed except through the formal dispute process described in Section 9.

Intellectual Property

All content on the odd96 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, promotional materials, game thumbnails, and software architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of odd96 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the odd96 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any content or technology found on odd96.

Game content available on odd96 — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live casino streams from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; and arcade titles from third-party studios — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is subject to that studio's licence terms. odd96 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of odd96's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action. If you wish to use any odd96 brand asset for promotional or partnership purposes, you must obtain written permission in advance by contacting [email protected].

Account Suspension & Closure

odd96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Underage gambling, confirmed or strongly suspected.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Instructions from a competent legal or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than verified fraud or terms breach, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus balances and winnings generated solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their odd96 account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any eligible real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odd96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the odd96 platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

odd96 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions (including payment gateway downtime) may temporarily affect your ability to deposit, withdraw, or access games. odd96 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance.

odd96 is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Bets placed based on incorrect odds displayed as a result of a technical error — such bets may be voided at odd96's discretion.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, power failures, or internet infrastructure outages.
• Your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game studios whose games are accessible through the odd96 platform.

odd96's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their odd96 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you believe odd96 has made an error in the settlement of a bet or game round, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event by contacting live chat support or emailing [email protected]. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewable.

Amendments to These Terms

odd96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, new payment method integrations, or adjustments to responsible gaming policy.

When material changes are made to these Terms, odd96 will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, an email to the address registered to your account, or a prominent notice on the odd96 homepage. The "Effective Date" stated at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the odd96 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
